Stephen was great..he sent me a picture of the knob he had made for me and it wasn't as I'd wanted stone wise (I was trying to get a number of colors of the slate quartzite floor and bathroom tiling I had in the knob) so he sent me a picture of 10 or so more he'd made all unique so I could find a match for what I was looking for. I chose one and received it very quickly. I will upload a photo once it's installed. -He couldn't have given a better service or a more beautiful product! thank you.
